I think if this had been an outside, non vale fan came in and was doing this it would be easier to handle or accept. The fact this is what is ment to be our own makes it unbearable.

a friend of mine was talking to a recently departed director the other night and he says the board will reject mo and marks offer and there is no other consortium coming along....... more ball****!!!

I'm waiting to hear their plea for help.

 

We understand that we have upset many of you,we understand how you feel.We have made mistake's we have learned from those mistakes.We couldnt tell you many of the detail's of investor's bid's due to the confidentiality that was set in place.Other investors pulled out at the very last minute and let us badly down.We have done everything we can to the best of our ability,under difficult circumstances,during a very turbulent financial time.

If I understand you correctly you are saying Mr Jackson is accusing Mr Chaudry of being an asset stripper? This is surely the ultimate irony!

What makes me laugh is this, "Jackson won't let him in" or "Bratt won't let him in". It isn't their sole decision to make!! Lets hope the egm rids us of these parasites then they can go and do what they want to, elsewhere!

 

Fact is Jackson and Bratt won't let anyone in who will spoil their little scams and schemes and rob them off their cushy little numbers. Jackson isn't there because he is a Vale fan, he has ulterior motives I am sure

Bratt is on record in the media asking Mo Chaudry to invest 24.9% in an open invite and said that they would accept such investment and Mo Chaudry has done just that and offered 24.9% as requested and the 10 day deadline passed on monday.....so why the silence.

Turning down an offer to invest 24.9% by Mark a lifelong Vale fan who has put in more money than any of the current Board in sponsorship and donations and not even returning the mans calls and ignoring him completely is very offensive.

Bratt invited Mo to invest 24.9% and sit in the corner while the Board with 28% outvoted Mo and spent his money and did not expect a second offer to invest 24.9% from Mark which would mean that the 28% minority shareholding V2001 Board could be outvoted in the Board room and at an EGM.

The Board have 28% and can block anyone buying shares or transfering shares.....so it is a closed shop and that 28% stops any attempts to change the articles and constitution which needs 75% and with Robbie Williams non

vote the Board only have to slightly adjust their shares percentage to block

vote themselves back in.....that Harlequin £130,000 will probably become a block of pro-Board shares plus any money probably put in by Meigh to cover shortfall which will also probably sponsor Mudie the illegal Director.
