    Absolutely embarrassing. Worst Vale team ever by quite a long way. 

    You think that's bad - we went ages without a goal at Vale Park for large parts of the season after Curtis' last gasp pen against Mansfield who were down to 10. We've been truly rotten all the way through the campaign.

    Just as an aside, James Gibbons has scored for Cambridge today, putting them in the box seat to pass Vale going in the opposite direction. 

    I thought he wasn’t fit to play League football any more?

    Just hope JB gets rid of the most of the team and builds a team where players actually want to play - are not injury prone - don't throw their dummies out and have spirit. 

    This squad looks like they gave up back in Oct and have never got their confidence back or wanted to play for the club. 

     

    See what the retained list looks like and what the recruitment team brings in.

    People saying Lg 2 next season is not full of good teams - wonder where we stand on that list - are we a bad team or could we be one of the good teams.
