FA Cup Sixth round

Nah they’ll do one per STH as they always do now. Can’t repeat the City game where they did that plus one thing and ended up with some genuine fans missing out on it for daytrippers.

If it’s the full Shed End it’ll be 6000.

Cheers - and agree the 1 per ST is the right stance initially.

Per DD’s comment ‘going to offend someone’. Then better that be the day tripper than the STH!

Too be honest who really knows how the tickets are going sell some of our season ticket holders dont even turn up for any home game (they have already paid there money though so can do as they please ).

I should imagine if its 38 quid bus and 40 pounds ticket ,then with drink and food thats circa 120 pounds per person ,so like i say no guarantees folk can even get there, and can afford go , no matter if they buy there ticket if folk mostly planning on going on coach and they fill them all (read Jolly Carter have a massive list of folk who want go on coach but are waiting on folk hopefully dropping out of the coaches they have sold  ).

The plus one is important as who wants go and sit fifthteen rows away from there partner .

Surely also the ones who have turned up for every F.A cup round should be priority also the 3000 v BC the 7400 v Sunderland etc .

Its going be very interesting too see what they do and how sales go

Personally think whatever way they do it going offend someone

If it matters that much to someone regards that then they should wait for general sale. The points windows are for those who actually have put in the miles away and spent the money on season tickets. Not plus ones.

Now I do agree it’d be nice if there was a window for those who have attended more than three of the previous rounds to have a window but at the same time it might just be overcomplicating things. We’ll sell these out easily regardless.

Agree -over complicating and I would expect on the whole over lapping with those who have season tickets.  Will have accrued points for those cup games just as the casuals/walk ups for league games who are equally valuable.

Do kids under 12s season tickets qualify for a ticket to Chelsea ?

For Chelsea supporters. Not quite the news we are after from a Vale POV.

All it tells us is that we likely put them on sale at the same time tomorrow at 10am. Doesn't explain any limitations on our side (though I suspect 1 ticket per Vale member)

I've booked hospitality for my family £75 each. I would be able to get a ticket with my points but they wouldn't have enough. I could get a ticket and pass it onto someone who deserves one and can't get one.

My thinking on this is the fact that it'll be based on loyalty points anyway, so whoever is next in queue will get "your slot". Logically that'll be someone who's been to maybe 35 or 40 matches over the last few seasons without a ST, or someone who's has a ST in one of the last 2 and been to plenty of non-ST matches. In theory, whoever is "most deserving" will more than likely get the ticket anyway as they'll have the loyalty points to show, without the hassle of STs having to potentially choose a stranger.

Yeah, you're right, i was thinking that after i posted. Either way it gives someone a chance who otherwise wouldn't have been able to.

It would be nice if you could buy a ticket but not choose a seat until later so you could pick your seat at the same time as someone in a later window gets theirs.

It would reduce the number of people who don't sit in their ticketed seat.

Obviously won't be in place for this game but would be a great for the future.

Pretty sure there will be more than 800 st holders who can't make it with it being Easter. It would just be nice if you didn't have to wait for your child, friend or relatives to also be able to buy tickets if you want to sit together.

Thats the main issue because for example my little boy wants to go, but if tickets left for his window I can't get him one because he'd be a 10 year old sat alone! but if I don't get one in my window I risk missing out as well.
