The Shed End is safe standing anyway I believe so what seat you get isn’t going to be a massive thing.

So, m8 of mine just called me to say they go on sale tomorrow or Thursday and it will be 460+ first round.

Living so far away, i've only got 60 points and our thinking is there is no way it will come down that low (my brothers got even less). I'm also told that the delay is due to conversations between Vale and Chelsea as they wanted £50 starting price.  Vale got them down to £35.

Looks like its going to be cuddling up to a bottle of red and watch on TV 😢

That’s a refreshingly pleasant thing to see from us as it would be very easy to try and cash in on this game. And I wouldn’t have blamed them if they did (also would have still bought one at that price).

Agreed; i understand its not the first time Vale have negotiated another higher league team down on price, either.

Interesting to read that, I’m guessing the other is Arsenal. Remember a few of their fans being pleasantly surprised it was only £25 when we played them. It is something generally for any criticism otherwise can aim at the Shanahans (and some of it is fair) their commitment to making football affordable is something to really applaud.

It’s worth hanging on Osh though. The Easter weekend will mean not everyone will be able to attend and the trains home for many will add complication. We’ll sell out but can see it possibly getting to your points band.

I am confused as it says no Print at home, but tickets are emailed to you? No physical ones?

I dont live local but may get the coach down as I will be alone, if I drive up can you park at Vale during the day whilst travelling on the coaches?

I think it just means they’re digital only.

Just been sent this:

Mon 23rd March, 1pm

420+ Priority Points (approx. 1,600 eligible supporters)

 Tue 24th March, 1pm

350+ Priority Points (approx. 1,000 eligible supporters)

Wed 25th March, 1pm

300+ Priority Points (approx. 1,500 eligible supporters)

Thu 26th March, 1pm

275+ Priority Points (approx. 1,400 eligible supporters)

Fri 27th March, 1pm

150+ Priority Points (approx. 1,750 eligible supporters)

Sat 28th March, 9am

30+ Priority Points (approx. 3,000 eligible supporters)

Good it tells you how many each roughly in each batch, can assist if you have friends/family in a lower band and you wish to sit together then you can hold fire and book at the same time.

I reckon allow for the fact it’s bank holiday with the trains etc and some having holidays planned for then already there should be be about 500 remaining at the final stage. Basically the vast majority of genuine fans who wants one should get a chance to get one. Can’t really say fairer than this to be honest.

Be gutted if I miss out on this game. It will be the first time I have ever missed out on a ticket for a game that I could attend.

I'll be in the >150 bracket with just over 200 points myself so I'll have to hang on and hope for the best. But I've got to take my 3 kids (well, I haven't got to, but I wouldn't want to go without them) but obviously will have to sit together.

I don't know how I feel about standing for 90 minutes particularly with my dodgy hips and knees !

I've got no problem with safe standing areas, but there should be seats available for those that want them.

Thought the safe standing did have seats but more spaced out?

it would appear i was correct in the price being £35
