Interesting how Chelsea have told 3000 season ticket holders they are 'being displaced' to wherever they can find an empty seat should one become avaiable.  Brutal !

Surely it must be fairly regular on their cup games?

I’m on the verge of doing the same as I want to go with my partner but we’ll never both get tickets

Wise move as £75 for an enhanced match day experience isn’t bad. Oddly I have booked but I have not had my seat numbers or anything confirmed just an email confirming 4 tickets. In the end, although I have in excess of 250 points I had to get a ticket for my 80 year old mother and father to come along, as they have had season tickets for many years but gave them up due to ill health.

I had to get them to this one. I live in Hertfordshire so it’s easy for me to put them up.

Man United did that to supporters to create new hospitality seats. They must sell those season tickets at slightly cheaper prices then rake in the extra cash when it suits them.

Not complaining on this occasion, but would happen at the Vale if we gave away the Railway to big away followings like some people suggest we should at times.

They have priority over members for non-ST seats, and ST seats not taken up elsewhere in the ground.

I’m thinking £40

40 quid will do only 15 quid more than Sunderland and Arsenal

Not bad at all

Should put them on sale during the night

Over 450 1 ticket plus one midnight till 2 a.m

Over 300 1 ticket plus one 2 a.m till 6 a.m

OVER 50  sale 6 a.m till midday after that free for all queues for miles too i go 1 Vale game a millenium

The Vale don`t need to provide more than than the Bycars stand for FA Cup Away fans even should the ground capacity grow to 20k.  Chelsea need to give up 6000 seats to meet the 15% away requirement for FA Cup games.

They don’t, but when we only get 10700 against a premier league team there’s no harm in giving the away teams extra tickets to make more money, agree if we’re selling out all the home ends then there’s no need to.

Does it actually say anywhere what our full allocation is?

with circa 6500 season ticket holders don’t see how we can do the plus one you propose, where people with say 250 points for 2 years season tickets could end up without tickets because a mate of someone with 450+ points would get first dibs, even if they never go, but fancy a day out.

Nah they’ll do one per STH as they always do now. Can’t repeat the City game where they did that plus one thing and ended up with some genuine fans missing out on it for daytrippers.

If it’s the full Shed End it’ll be 6000.

Too be honest who really knows how the tickets are going sell some of our season ticket holders dont even turn up for any home games 5500 there sat 6800 season ticket holders , (they have already paid there money though so can do as they please ).

I should imagine if its 38 quid bus and 40 pounds ticket ,then with drink and food thats circa 120 pounds per person ,so like i say no guarantees folk can even get there, and can afford go , no matter if they buy there ticket .

Folk mostly planning on going onp coach ,and they fill them all (read Jolly Carter have a massive list of folk who want go on coach but are waiting on folk hopefully dropping out of the coaches they have sold  ).

The plus one is important as who wants go and sit fifthteen rows away from there partner .

Surely also the ones who have turned up for every F.A cup round should be priority also the 3000 v BC the 7400 v Sunderland etc .

Its going be very interesting too see what they do and how sales go

Personally think whatever way they do it going offend someone .

Not me i have the points and will be in attendance

Lad who works away and wife well its a lottery for them .

Most folk be in the same boat unless they know someone not going and use there season ticket .

Obviously you want tge 6500 most passionate fans get the tickets ,and judging by 8000 plus those in home end v MC ,Port Vale do have a lot of support sitting awaiting big games like these ,and if have put money in club in any capacity last 20 years will feel they should be there who am i too say they shouldnt ...

So going be some who aint going be getting tickets for sure
