You'll be eligible on Tuesday mate.

I've got no idea, not come across it before.

Basically while it’s called safe standing it’s more accurately rail seating so there is a seat attached to it. The best bet is get one as far to the front of the  upper or lower tier as possible if want/need to sit down though.

How do you book the hospitality please.

https://hospitality.chelseafc.com/upcoming-events/chelsea-vs-port-vale

Via this link. I have booked the £75 west view seats but I have done this on the basis that I have a family party of 4 with nowhere near enough points for 4 tickets but I would have likely had a ticket for myself with my points total.

However I called the hospitality today and a word of warning, you can’t wear any club colours, replica shirts or openly support the away team or you may get kicked out. It is going to be the quietest match in my life from me if those rules get applied!

Also they have not confirmed exactly where the seats are because the home season ticket holders who occupy that area have first refusal.

The only benefits of this plan are, which I have accepted are

1.) I get to see the match live in person

2.) The west view, although upper tier has a great view

3.) The food you can buy although expensive is better than in the main stand

4.) The seats are padded and plush

5.) My 80 + parents can see the game in comfort

Negatives

1.) costs more £75 per person

2.) Will be surrounded not by SVA but Chinese tourists probably

3.) Can’t wear any Vale colours

4.) Don’t know exactly yet where I will be seated apart from in the Westview section

And you can't celebrate when we score. 🥳

I’ve had them sort of tickets at West Ham before. It really is the worst of the PL as it feels more like attending centre court at Wimbledon than a football match but ultimately get to see us in a stage of this competition we’ll likely never see again in our lifetime.

Which is the biggest issue. No doubt I certainly will and find myself kicked out.

The earliest it could sell out if everyone in those points bands bought a ticket would be Friday.

The most that can be sold by Wednesday is 4100

Yeah what’s an away day if you can’t run to the front and give the W sign to the opposition fans…

Another take on the points.

IF 80%, and that's a pretty high percemtage with alot of people away at Easter, were to take a ticket we would sell out sometime on Saturday.

That’s how i see things. There’ll be a limited amount available for day trippers once they’ve gone through the various windows and that’s the way it should be.

I hate to say, I'll be watching the game in Barbados aboard the Seabourn Ovation cruise ship in total luxury with unlimited Caviar and Champagne to hand with waiter service.

I'm no fan of of Caviar or Champagne  so I'll stick with the regular canapes served by the pool, washed down with some cold Yeungling.

Don't think 6000 will go on sale though.   Players, staff, officials,  sponcers, owners etc will take  a significant number.

Won’t the majority of owners, sponsors etc. be given hospitality tickets?
