You could of said the same about moore when he came in...

We are talking about Brady here.

What have you seen from Brady that he’s the manager to lead us in League Two next season?

We're scoring more goals and getting more points than dipstick Darren with an arguably worser squad. I think the shoots of recovery are there, but it's far too late for this season.

Hope we can clear out all the old dead wood and bring in some new exciting players for next season. It's amazing how old our squad is all of a sudden

Haven’t read through everyone else’s comments yet but here’s my take and then I’ll see afterwards.

Feel really deflated after that. A point isn’t good enough, especially after it’s against a team we need to be taking points off to stand any chance. Plenty of fight and effort from the players but ultimately what pissed me off was that we seemed to just settle for the point tactically. I never felt we wanted to really win the game. If we were mid table I’d have been relatively happy enough but not in the situation we’re in. It’s not enough and that’s not good enough.

We never controlled the game. If we’d just gone at them and really been positive and forward thinking, I’d have been happy even had we lost to a sucker punch. It has to be all or nothing at this stage.

Not particularly impressed by Brady’s tactical ability yet. I get he has been dealt a bad hand but Tuesday was all his doing and whilst the line up was positive enough we didn’t react quickly enough in game and we left any changes too late.

A CB coming on at 85 minutes when drawing at home. That’s just embarrassing

For me we needed an extra body on in midfield, they were running through at will for a good 15-20 minutes, scoring, missing chances and hitting the woodwork twice. If a professional manager thinks no changes are best during this period against another poor side then he in my view Dosent have the in game knowledge to be our manager. Just like Moore.

Agree on Brown although I don’t think he did anything particularly wrong today when came on.

Timing wasnt the only issue but he took on the day 3 of our best players off in Archer, Waine and Stockley. To sub Waine after he hit the bar was mental.

I just don’t see what there is to get behind in Brady. He’s spouted all this rubbish about time away from the game and learning different styles when we’re just playing crap negative football with no pattern of play.

Leave it until the season is done, complete reset. Most the squad go, manager goes and start again.

I think he got the front line right I don't think he as any clearly better choices in midfield with byers being out and  to be fair to him we have tried every combination of our defenders this season and it has made little difference to our capacity for letting sloppy goals in so its over to  magloire.

My heart says sack him just for going back to 5 at the back but my head says he hasn't had enough time and games yet to make a fair judgement.

The players are up for it but that’s only a part of the battle. Having quality, pace and cohesion are also required, and only some of the players show some of those things some of the time. It’s just nowhere near the standard required to get enough points and that’s due to summer recruitment.

We are making tiny steps of progress and the squad is slighter better and balanced. But only night and day changes are going to have any impact in terms of the league position and that’s the difficulty, we simply don’t have time for little bits of forward movement - it has to be monumental steps. Brady is working with a squad that won’t be ‘in his image’ for about 3 transfer windows.

Marosi gone to Tranmere

The goals are so amateurish that we let in. Beesley was almost incredulous as he put the ball over the line for the 2nd. That’s what happens when you only have 1 L1 centre half. And you could say that was Cam’s fault or he was in some way involved, but he’s pulled all over the place covering elsewhere so often that he can’t just concentrate on his own job.

Still can't defend those subs. Other players had also ran their socks of and he didn't change them. I'm not interested in ifs, buts and maybes, the thing that we all could see is that it took away any momentum of attack that we'd had, for 5he last 10 minutes. You only have to see the impact of the replacements to know that they made us less effective, not more effective.

Be interesting to hear Bradys recovery plan is for next season, once relegation is confirmed. Maybe he was talking about that when he was appointed, because the exciting football he talked about isn't going to be showed thus season.

Another massive close season for the Vale and for Bradys talking, to deliver.

Oh come off it nippers...you know everyones a winner and that's the truth, you sexy thing you 😬🤣🤣🤣🤣

Plus errol believes in miracles 😁

If we had chucked the kitchen sink at them and thrown players forward, they would have scored a bucket full, it took us all our time to keep em out as it was, they were very dangerous going forward, it shows what a crock of crap Moore has built at the Vale.

Thought we put a proper shift in today.  We just haven't got any confidence at all and little quality.

A midfield of ojo and croasdale wont really cut it in league 1.  Most important area of the pitch and we're very weak.  I'm hoping the Byers haters are now backtracking a bit.

Is Brady the man to lead us back from league 2?  We'll see next year i guess, but at least we look like we've got some kind of recognisable formation and a gameplan which more than we can say for the last chump who is a big, big reason why we find ourselves here.

It's only a week's emergency cover.

Never been a fan of 3 at the back, it just doesn’t work the way we play it.

Its either get 3 into midfield to stop us being constantly overrun(especially considering how slow our midfield is) or 2 wingers and keep them high and let the opposition worry about us.

Jovial Jon's hands are tied in some respect because he was left with an over inflated squad geared up for the 352 system so

JBs options are limited with the players at his disposal but that's down to Dipstick Darren and the ropey recruitment team , We've just got to suck it up for now and see what the new manager achieves with his own players next season
