Match Thread - Port Vale v Burton

Featured Replies

In an ideal world, Vale would be approaching this match on the back of two straight wins. Let's hope so!

Anyhow, this is the dedicated thread for discussion of the Burton game...

Yeah I am quite hopeful for this I hope for a win at home

Should have beaten them even with 10 men. Let’s start putting right some of the points we’ve let slip by.

We have to smash these <ovf censored>. come on vale

Another early kick off, 12:31.

Andre Gray set to be available, medical tomorrow so that will dictate if he starts or off the bench so a boost.

It is must win territory now.

Pointless

( and the result probably)

We're terrible and it's their cup final.

0-1

Let's hope you're never in the need to be resuscitated. Moaning about saving people's lives. 🤣

I am aware I am moaning about moaning.

Don't win against Burton and we are down all but mathematically I feel. Fans already think we are, and it might be the case, but a run needs to start from somewhere.

Just because you don't understand it doesn't make it automatically 'woke.'

We were playing with 10 men as Brown got no service and playing lump ball to him would never work, even if Wimbledon brought off all their players.  The ball would be kicked into touch by midfield and defenders before he touched it.
