New manager YES and NOW but we have some dross in this squad and nowhere near enough quality to save us.

Don’t underestimate the power of a really decent manager. Watched the Blades earlier today under Chris Wilder and they are a transformed side. Out of the bottom three with three wins on the trot including 3-2 at Leicester today.

It can happen, if the club acts decisively…

I won’t be going until he’s gone and suspect I’m not alone. I’m not losing 3 hours of my Saturday watching the absolute tripe his sides are serving up. I can accept losing, what I can’t accept is the stupidly of the selections,  in game tactics and general approach to the game. I’m literally ready to write off the season already, we are goosed.

We’re basically cut adrift of 19th. 8 points back.

We’re in a 5 way battle for 4 places. We’re cooked. Another relegation on Goddess Carol’s CV.

Don’t question her. Just accept that PVFC must embarrass themselves in the third tier.

Curtis played on the wrong side to create for other, Garrity out of form and played too deep, Ojo played too deep, Hall is not a winger, very rarely puts a good cross in. 

Playing Stockley without a winger is pointless.

Not a big fan of Steve Evans, having seen his antics with other clubs.  But god I would take him over keeping DM & Co at the moment. 

He would turn things around and not take crap from the players.  During matches he has the tactics knowledge to change things around if its not working.  DM just looks on and then subs are baffling and even the players are not sure of them now.

Thought we were slightly improved today and the players put effort in. The issue is though we create very few chances because we get very few players in the box and the result is very few goals.

Time for a managerial change Carol.

If you took this game in isolation it’s not the worst we’ve looked this season but very much a continuation of what we’ve seen lately where we never looked like scoring.

I’m afraid to say the subs at the end while not the reason we lost were a clear sign of a manager who had reached the end of the road and ran out of ideas.

We are so clueless going forwards that it’s frightening. We have some good attacking players, but we just don’t use them correctly.

Cole and Stockley played up front

Hall and Curtis played forward midfield roles

Garrity and Ojo played in midfield

Nah, she has put the money in and let’s face it Smurfwaite only did better on stats in Lg1 because he had Adams and then his well trained deputy in Page. After that, the wheels fell off and we saw the true buffoon that Smurf was. My big regret as that as fans we had too much of a go at Page, when really Smurfwaite should have gotten grief much earlier, yet many cheered him on for getting rid of Page. 
 

Carol just needs to keep what she is doing but minus Moore, the parting gift from our old DOF. Although to be honest, I wanted Moore, so did many others but he has been a massive disappointment . 

Am a clutching at straws...yes it all I have. We are not cut adrift yet and surrounded by teams as poor as us. I know Peterborough have had a few good results with new manager and Blackpool similar. We saw how poor Plymouth were last week. For all our not scoring, we are getting a few that we should be putting away. We still have a chance with this. I have to believe that as to give in so early is not an option.

You can pick the bones out of that, players performances, the managers substitutions but there is only one thing to say…..
