Totally agree.  You get the feeling he has no idea what his best side is yet and is hoping it works week in week out.  Beginning to loose the fans and players must be thinking why bother anymore.  Play well - train hard and still only make the bench or dropped totally after a cracking game.

Nothing up front and you worry about our defenders and midfield watching the opposition walk through and score.  

Our front player (Cole) is being 2 man marked out of the game and several balls have just gone to their goalie.
