Correct. 500/1000 season ticket holders away on holiday.

Holiday!!

Wondering if anybody can help me out, I feel like such an idiot. My first time to VP in about 5 years and I didn’t realise you could prebook parking and now it’s all sold out. Last time I was up I got parking on the street but there were only about 4,000 of us there so doubt I’ll manage that this time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated? I’m planning on getting to Burslem at about 2 which I’m hoping will be plenty of time. Thanks in advance
We regularly travel up from Suffolk and park on Bankhall Rd or Bluestone Avenue. 10 min walk to the ground with May St chippy and Oatcakes en route. What's not to like

Be about 300 on hols who are season ticket holders the rest be a full house

Hamil Sold out

Lorne Street 56 seats left

Railway paddock/stand 1000 odd

So looking at if Grimsby bring 1750 as they got pay on day I read and Vale well if sell half of what's left that's 11 k so looking good at a gate with folk missing of 12 and half k minimum.

It's not about the size of the support though, I've  watched  many a game with full houses on telly and the atmospheres are not exactly great and it comes across that support expect a win not contribute to a win , and think what them fans offering to the efforts of the players ,are they making the players run quicker with there encouragement, ,are they loud and encouraging, or are they just sitting there biting there nails, because I'm damn sure that I'd play better if every one in the ground sitting ,or standing singing Darren Moores Black and White Army, constantly while every challenge where ball is won with a loud cheer and big applause 👏

For me v Bradford the folk who turned up that night were magnificent in there support ,it was a really great encouraging atmosphere v Bromley for me it wasn't the same maybe it was too easy and fans didn't need go DMs Black and White Army whole game well tomoz we may have too .

So v Bradford less quantity more quality v Bromley more quantity less Quality ,not bad but need more of the Bradford encouragement if you went both games you will know what i mean

So that's all  I have to add, to what should be a pivotal game in the league campaign.

So I'm saying we have a role play, let's do our job well ,and who knows come 17.00 tomoz ,we be in  touching distance of promotion ,and first league title since way before I was born....

          Stockley   Tolaj

Walter’s has been a revelation but it’s time Byers stepped up, If he does what he says on the tin he could be the one to win us the league. Gaz for Ricco if fit..

I just want folk be encouraging, let's be the 13th man and suck the ball in the net. Brisk  walk In the morning followed by some pilates , dinner of kale on toast then onto the mothertown , encourage encourage encourage!!

It’s match day.

Come on Vale

DAY OF DAYS.....👍😁🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️

Thinking of taking bets on the first wail of GET EET FORWARD!

Over/under 6th minute is the line.

Added tension will have people literally weeping for an aimless hoof into the mixer.

Plus the free kids STs who rarely attend.  Sure I read in the past that some used to get them in grandkids name just to give themselves more room, particularly if they were large

I'm super confident that we will pick up a win today that will more or less see us through. Come on Vale. You can do this!!!!!!
