This team is no where near the team that got us promoted last time.

I seriously don't think I can take another season of drab uninspiring dross all thanks to our clueless manager. I'd sack him in the morning after that rubbish tonight. Sitting there time after time this season thinking I've wasted my afternoon or evening 

Moore has just been on the radio saying he needs to 'analyse over the next 24 hours' why it was so poor in the first half.

The worrying thing is that every fan, with no coaching badges, could explain why. Moore picked half a reserve team for the first half. It's very poor.

As soon as our better players come on, we look miles better and created enough chances to nick a point. However, if you're only going to start playing when 1-0 down and with half the game gone, everything's going to be a bit more panicked and rushed, and perhaps explains our lack of cutting edge.

I've done my best to be fair to Moore - at times despairing, at times very positive. Tonight is on him and a bizarre selection, based on a sport scientist with a spreadsheet trying to justify his wage by telling a manager to drop 4 of his best players.

Unfit Garrity and Rakeem Harper were a vacuum in the middle. The dropoff from Walters and Croasdale to them was staggering. Same for Tolaj to Hackford, and Clark to Sang. All 4 changes were severe downgrades - obvious to everyone pre-match. How an experienced manager didn't see it coming is quite concerning.

It's the run-in. You play your best team every single game. Forget 'load management'. Get your best players on the pitch, take the lead, and sub them on 65 if they really need a rest. I doubt Lorent Tolaj was begging for a rest tonight.

A load of pressure on a tough week, with two games away and our away form pretty crap. Garbage stuff from the manager after a recent good run. Failure to go up this season has to be squared on some of the nonsense stuff he conjures up.

Fair play to Barrow. Organised and uncomplicated, looked very tidy.

The positive is that, when Moore finally figured out that playing your best players is advantageous, we looked much better and if plays them from the start we're a match for anyone. I just hope we aren't regretting this lineup in May.

He certainly is. We win two on the bounce so he makes changes to the defence the midfield and the attack, absolute clown at times.

 

This resting players nonsense is ruining the game for me. We had a chance to get into the automatic promotion places and we start the game with better players on the bench than we had on the pitch and not for the first time this season that's absolute madness.

Imagine dropping Lorent Tolaj, Mitch Clark, and Ryan Croasdale because some dweeb with a laptop says their 'load' has been exceeded. Analysing stuff which doesn't warrant analysis.

Christ. Can you imagine Rudgey letting Robbie Earle know he needs to sit this crucial game out as the algorithm has flagged him as a risk.

Let the footballers play football! Good players are better than bad players in my opinion.

Playoff lottery it is then. Not a chance we will finish in the top 3 now. Moore cost us tonight with an absolute shocking team selection. Harper and Hackford shouldn’t have started and I am struggling to see what Richards offers whenever he comes on. Tolaj and Walters have to start on Saturday.

He pulled the same stunt against Walsall in December last year  , Darren's afraid to lose that's why he sets us up so cautiously week in week out the guy is out of his depth

Disappointing result, one of those games, no run of the ball what so ever for Vale, we could have played 'til midnight and still not scored.

Their goal was a really poor goal to concede, no challenge on the ball on the edge of the box at all. No way should their player have been allowed to come inside never mind get a virtual free shot away.

I hope crewe doncaster and Walsall rest their best players against us but somehow I suspect they won't because their managers aren't going into the game hoping to get a draw.

The team selection and tactics from Darren and his coaching team have cost us that game tonight that's the truth
