Yes he has quality and yes he will make mistakes just like every professional footballer does.

The question for me 1962, is whether he has the confidence, the composure, the awarness, the presence and the sheer determination etc to consistently inflict his presence and skill on the opposition team, all traits which usually come with experience.

Tolaj couldn't have wanted more from his first season of league football.  He really is looking the part at the moment.

Going to have to mention the (first) ref.  Feels a bit easy saying as we've won but he was brilliant.  Nipped any hint of stopping the game flowing early doors.  Even went over to one of their lads when he went down and stopped the physio coming on.  Really let it flow and didn't stop it for any nonsense.

And low and behold, everyone got on with it.

Already in a couple of games he's shown more oomph and energy than Harper who has all the tools but to me appears to be somewhat lazy and thinks he's Johnny big balls.

Walters has been a brucie bonus, and I'll hold my hands up and admit I was like WTF when he re-signed for us.

I am fully behind Walters when he's picked for Vale and fully behind Vale when he signed his contract for Vale (Look at the Walters thread), Vale made the right decision 'cause he's gonna be a very good player.

I'll stick with what I posted in the match thread. 

Not aimed at anyone but after the debacle of him being touted around some fans will never like him. A few times over the last few weeks he’s been in a tight spot and left one or two opponents in the dirt with a bit of skill. Looks strong and good passer. For me he’s done a lot of what Byers was bought in to do, put foot on it and bring others into the game. As a “free transfer” this season and still a young lad I can’t believe he’s copping any flak. Still, it’s a game of opinions and apologies of if I offended you or anyone else.
