Alan- unfortunately a lot of us are getting a bit tired of your inability to see poor Vale football or anything that doesn't show Vale in your perceived Golden Glow. Fanatics (FANS) will put up with him because they are loyal to the club 100%, supporters will think twice about whether it is in THEIR best interest to go All Home matches or to get a season ticket or not. That leaves us with the other "type" - the "Paying Public" !!    I don't think they will be rocking up at VP any time soon.   Despite Mother saying she wants 10,000 average .  With Moore Football that figure is so far away she better think about a plan Z . If you want to be taken seriously develop an ability to recognise poor football when it is in front of you even if it is in a Vale shirt .  Not everything that comes out of VP is the dogs b8llocks every time .

I dont think he should be sacked but he Certainly isn't the long term answer if you want paying customers through the door expecting to be entertained .  If you want to see tight very close matches with very few goals then he is your man ..but if you want to get new supporters in the club then you better start breeding more prolifically as that is where the next lot are coming from . It wont be people with money in their pocket askin "where should I go spend my hard earned cash ?".   Sheff Wed fans said he would bore the pants of us and they are right - Ok defensively but will put a glass eye to sleep. Its no use the players waving their arms around trying gee up the crowd when they are arf falling asleep. I'm old enough now to see the good and the bad in the Vale but there are still a few sycophants who cant see anything wrong at the Vale .
