That line up is a surprise but, fair play to DM, nowt else has worked so why not try it? Sooner that then stick to the same tepid system which yields zero anyway. I’ve been resigned to L2 football since about 6am on Friday 2 February so hopefully DM is seeing who he wants around next year. I like the look of a Pulis-style 4-2-3-1 with a solid back line and two DM’s with a busy front 4. To me it’s irrelevant really whether Dipepa or Loft plays, you’ve no idea what you’re going to get in either case. I expect the worst and predict another 0-2 as they’ll just try and kick lumps out of us, but this is the ongoing circus that is Port Vale so we’ll probably win 4-0.

Well the good news is that the bookies have Vale as slight favourites to win

This is only the fourth home game this season I haven't been which isn't bad considering I think the staff have been an absolute mess all season long. I don't even blame the players really, not if they're at least trying. The chairwoman, DoF and to a lesser extent previous manager are the cause for this medley of sadness.

He will score a goal sooner or later and then most people will be telling us again how great he is and that we're lucky to have a Championship level player.

Come on Vale give us a win lads we the fans deserve it.

I’ve tried, I really have but I just can’t get excited about this line up. Apart from the defence we are very lightweight and just asking to be bullied. We have zero width  which means their wide players are going to have total freedom to get forward and overload our flanks. 
I pray Darren can see something I can’t. Let’s strap ourselves in and keep everything crossed.
