Look mate , People are annoyed carol can't see Flitcroft for what he really is a fraud that's why there's loads of fans venting there spleens and understandably so

He is not a fraud though if you are looking at the finance he has generated from sales.

What you are right to point out is the very poor quality of first team performance at the minute and the failure to bring a striker in. However it could just be that the playing budget available to him isn't big enough to buy one. Plus we have lost our only goal scorer to long term injury.

When a woman falls for a man that is a bit of a wrong 'un then there's no amount of reasoning that will get her to see otherwise. Especially when she doesn't really think the people giving their opinion are worth listening to.

We're <ovf censored>.

But without the fans there is no Vale

Carol needs to get a grip , mate

Oh right so we should get rid of him and then spend the money we probably don't have on a new dof and manager. Nice one mate very clever.

Should of got rid with him alongside Crosby. None of them good enough! And get an experienced manager in to keep us up. what on earth makes you think if we get rid of Flitcroft now we are definitely going down? 🙄 these are his players tactics philosophy etc and were awful. Should never have give him the role in the first place you do know the outcome at bury right?

Do you not see the juxtaposition there?

Where’s the money going? Record ticket sales, selling on promising youngsters, record merchandise sales, fan zones etc etc & we can’t afford to bring a striker or wing back in & rely on loan kids who aren’t made for a relegation scrap at this stage of their career. I can have a guess where it’s going!

And where would that be?

Has she got the money? Makes you wonder why we are trying to put money into making more money doesn't it?

Yes we need to invest in a good manager.

If we get rid of Flitcroft we will definitely be going down so I don't know why people want him out now.

Just look at what teams around us did in the January transfer window. That’ll be the making of us being relegated. Anyone can see we are not a goal threat to them and to get a win we need to score at least two because we start one nil down, just by the team selected.

I heard Souness on Talksport this week. He was on about passing the ball sideways. They got a rollicking off Ronnie Moran who stated the ball had to go forward as he at 50 years of age could play and pass it sideways or backwards.

Luke Joyce used to do it but he was protected by other midfielders similar to a quarter back, to allow him to pick out a forward pass. The difference being we only had one Luke Joyce now got a team of Luke Joyce’s.

Carol has said she has made a mistake. Well done for being honest.

Rectify the mistake and get rid of Flitcroft. He isn't the owner and has no investment in the club. With my ST purchases I invest more in the club than he does.

Listen to the fans Carol

Get rid of Flitcroft and shove his Trust the process right up his jacksie

Just out of interest, as I didn't follow their plight at the time, how much of the Bury saga was supposedly down to Flickers, and how much was the shady businessmen involved (and the HMRC debts etc)?

Garrity is top scorer and was likely to outscore Ellis Harrison's total from last season before injury. Chislett has done well to.

But what I'm struggling to accept is the obvious hollowing out of midfield. We got annihilated there last night. We are going down unless that can be rectified quickly. I think the attack and defence will be ok if that is fixed. But how? Surely Flitcroft must see what was going to happen. The two young midfield players brought in are not ready for L1.

Crosby was not witch hunted by anyone.

It's a results business. He only lasted as long as he did because as usual we dithered and the cup run.

He was certainly not a victim or scapegoat although he was hampered in the transfer market as was Clarke.

Maybe not witch hunted but some fans wanted to stick with Clarke in the first place and derided the appointment of Crosby from the off as a “cheap option”, so not a great place to start.  Easy for some to forget he was part of the team that took us up and overlook that maybe the club took the view that it maintained some continuity and subsequently he deserved a crack at the job permanently.  Who knows?  No question results haven’t been good enough albeit injuries and recruitment are mitigating circumstances.  Nobody can say Crosby enjoyed much luck during his short time in the hot seat but ultimately he had his chance and failed.
