I’d take 4 points over Easter , although a win at Northampton would be great. Bolton and Peterborough  will be extremely tough, but stranger things have happened, and a point from either could set us up .Win on Friday , and our tails will be up, and who knows. It’s going to be very difficult, but it can be done. UTV

4 points from these two games would be great and against two teams we really shouldn’t fear. Northampton done well but only came up this season and were garbage down vale park. Rovers is anyone’s guess, results up and down and clearly a better side than us but one we can beat. 4 or 6 points please, some tough games coming up. Although my mate is a Bolton fan and is expecting an upset for that one. Win Friday and we’re back in it as burton / Cambridge won’t get many more points either.

Given away games in the remaining fixtures at Northampton, Wigan, Peterborough and Bolton, we need to win against Bristol Rovers and deliver the biggest improvement imaginable in away form to collect the points needed to stay up. It does happen in football sometimes. But transformation must start with a convincing win v Bristol that leaves the team high in confidence before Northampton away. At least on Monday we know Akinfenwa has retired!

Given that Fleetwood are playing Cheltenham today, one of our rivals will get points. Obviously Fleetwood getting the points helps us as Cheltenham now have a game in hand on us.

For me, points are not a luxury in any game if we are to stay up. Rovers at home and Northampton away need points, if we leave Easter with nothing we are down. Fairly winnable games by Lg1 standards if not our own.

I would go as far to say that if we lose or draw today we are 80% down.

Having watched the video on the super-computer post (top of the previous page), it has us losing today and Monday with a surprising end of season outcome.  My faith in AI (the proooocess/Matrix) has been pretty much shattered by the 2nd halves of this season and last and I don’t think my nerves could stand up to the sequence of events the super-computer predicts.  My bum couldn’t stand the squeakiness required for sure.

Not an easy but a winnable game today. The fixture list has been relatively kind as we have 4 home games against teams you would expect (rather than hope) a reasonable league 1 side would get a result against. The away games are far tougher. If we win the next 4 home games that's 48 points and we almost certainly stay up. We win 3 and draw one we'll maybe stay up. If we do worse than that we deserve to be relegated anyway.

We won, so game on on. Really worried about the defence. Bristol had 2 shots and good job they weren't on target.
