Have to see how it looks when the game gets under way but I wouldn’t mind seeing Plant at the top in the absence of a striker. My biggest bugbear with us has been the lack of mobility up top and Plant can give that to us. Obviously he’s not a natural scorer but let’s be honest Loft and Uche are not exactly natural scorers either.

Hope they bring White on!

It's a lot like Mansfield where fan morale is very low and expectations even lower. Despite us playing pretty poorly for a while, luck is so massive in football that eventually one will swing our way. I think Lowe, Smith, Debrah is probably our most balanced backline. An actual left-footer on the left means width isn't killed off in every attack. Plant will play well further forward. Garrity will probably score as he's just a good attacker.

Good to see Walters and Plant playing. We should be giving them as many minutes as possible.

What's important is not to overreact to a win today as evidence that all is well, as we did against Mansfield. There's a long road ahead to get us functioning as a good League 1 side and we can't lose sight of that ahead of January where I think we're going to have to invest in 2-3 quality players (and not play the silly 'the market is daft' excuse).

I felt that Blaster and Devine were not getting in the box enough which was hampering our chances of scoring. We weren't winning with them in the side, so don't see the problem. We weren't even scoring with our strikers on the pitch, so again don't see an issue. We will win 2 - 1 [emoji846]

Uche and loft should be nowhere near a league 1 side. Loft wouldnt get into a national league side. THey offer literally nothing. Enough said about loft, and uche doesn’t score, doesn't create, and he doesnt have a footballer brain. So hes never in the positions he needs to be. I dont care if he runs to get a ball on the half way line (and traps it 20 yards in front of me) because then he just stands still.

My guess is their parent clubs don't want them cup tied in case they're with different clubs after January
