£0.5mil or £1mil+ there's no guarantee that  would buy someone who'd give a bigger contribution to the club than Garrity.

I've read him being slagged off on here since he arrived, and wails about him not being good enough for league one since we got promoted.

I expect him to play in the championship. Just hope it's for us, if he doesn't grow too old while waiting.

On another note I had the opportunity to see a Bath City Vs Yeovil game the other week. Bath had this young winger 'Thomas' who was head and shoulders above everyone on the pitch. Skillful, speed and end product. Noticed he was in the VNS team of half season too. Wouldn't be surprised to see him in higher leagues soon.

Quoting myself is weird but that Thomas lad is being scouted by Bristol City, Cardiff and Swansea. 

I know articles likes this are 10 a penny but 23 scouts watching him at a recent game and tearing it up in VNS.

I reckon Championship too big a jump. Worth a look though.

The 3 mentioned are all on the doorstep for him relatively speaking. I'd imagine if any of those were genuinely interested and not just media tittle tattle then he'd end up with one of them.

I was concerned about Arblaster going back to Sheffield United but with Chris Wilder. He's not one to throw untested youngsters in and with January to come is likely to look elsewhere for a more seasoned midfielder.

I'm in the same camp as a couple of others on here; I think Loft will come good.

I also think we should consider Conlon to put in the LWB position; he could easily play defence and get forward - got a very good left foot, knows the team and the way we play.  Surprised its not been tried already.  

Would love Harrat back here if/when he's recovered, though from the looks of that photo that could be months.  Could we get him over the summer ...??

Outside of that - urgently need a Popey style forward.  Either someone on loan from Championship/Prem or buy from none-league...??
