I don't know how much money some of these sports stars want. Not just footballers.

Mahrez must already have 5 million in the bank.

It's obscene.

Recently I keep seeing a lot of 'Football needs it's TV audience'

But does it?

Would losing TV audiences cause clubs to go bust, or would it just mean footballers having to be paid less money?

Doesn't seem 5 minutes since he was nipping out for takeaways in Leicester. Mind you, lots of people have moved up to deliveries as well.

A hell of a lot less. The TV money at PL level is obscene.

Would the players be on the streets if there wasn't any TV money though? No, methinks, nobody needs to earn 800k a week
