My lad is 9 years old (10 in August) and is just starting to attend the odd match with his free season ticket. I can count on one hand the amount of games hes attended this season.

For me to get him a season ticket next season will cost me an additional £99.00 (Lorne Street) which I don't think will be used for every home match.

I understand that at 'the other end of the City' they offer free season tickets to young uns' which means they get that footballing bug from an early age....

I don't think my lad will get the bug next season so will not be renewing his season ticket.......I know that i'm just one dad but surely there are other parents/relatives out there who are trying to get there kids to go along and get them into the footballing way early on, which in my opinion, Vale do not grasp and try to help with.......

Some might think i'm a tight git as its 'only' £99.00 but on top of my season ticket (which I need to rush out and buy before the end of April if i'm to get that fantastic (????) discount) is a smack to my bank account if i'm being honest........Well done Vale, you've done it again!!!

I wonder how many people that have signed the starve em out pledge actually have season tickets already?Thats the telling figure. I don't think the total season tickets sold will be too much different. Certainly not the '65' some people think we will sell!

So 1,000 signed up pledging not to renew or buy a season ticket under V2001 who would if Mo were in charge, coupled with all those other supporters who don't intend to renew but haven't signed the Starve Em Out list, and you think this won't make "too much difference"? Did you have the same maths teacher as Bratty? ;)

I'll have a look.

Is this a sure fire way to get rid? What could go wrong?

What challenges would they face?

Could really do with some advice on this?

If I could guarantee the Board would be out I would without doubt not buy an ST but how feasible is it that come August they'll still be in place?

Time will tell!

Do you actually believe that every single person who has signed it will not buy a ticket?

This is what I have been trying to say!..No guarantee at all!..This is why I'm saying all these starve them out are either following the crowd or aren't bothered anway..Of course there will be a handful on here that mean it, but why oh why would you risk paying big bucks if you can get it so cheap?

Yes people may struggle with the April deadline, but if you have a season ticket, you expect it about this time of year anyway

This is the thing - it's going to either end up backfiring meaning me giving them double what I would have paid with Early Bird or not going Vale for lets say....2 years. Can I punish myself for that long?

I think the total drop in season ticket sales will be considerably more than the current number of pledges on Starve Em Out.

Do you think our cash-strapped board could afford it if adult season ticket sales fell by just 25%, a very, very conservative estimate of the drop that can be expected?

Incidentally, what do you think of the removal of the option to pay in instalments? Suggest to you they're already seriously strapped for cash and need all the season ticket money they can get as a matter of extreme urgency?

Only you can answer that. Me, personally have been going Vale since I was a kid..It has a massive part of my life. I will be going no matter what (which in all respects isnt what the B&G team don't want to hear) but I cant help it.

I aren't going to give up Vale for a slim/hopeful hope that Mo will get in.

Give me some hard evidence that he will and I won't buy.

Simple

Mo, you have until the end of April!

Lovely, fab offer but it's of little use to me if the takeover doesn't go through

It's all gone quiet and listening to that CEO saying he's in a long-term position doesn't give me much hope.

'lets all pull in the same direction' he says.........into oblivion with you on your 50k pay packet is that?
