Oxford's away record is W5 D2 L5 on BBC and W5 D1 L6 on Soccernet.

BBC have them on 36 points and Soccernet have them on 35.

Usually the Press Association sort it out but I remember it going for months before they took that goal at Bournemouth away from Mark Boyd and gave it back to Steve McPhee.

I think the BBC table isn't 'live'. It just has the early kick offs entered on.

We're higher on the live table because Gills' are losing which means their goal difference is worse.

BBC table is live - you can watch it change as the results come in and it's confirmed by tables elsewhere e.g. skysports. We are 8th and can't go higher because the teams above us already have more points than we do even if they lose e.g. Burton, who are currently down 2-1.

Lets not get to carried away on about playoffs. We just scrapped over the line against a toss side. It can change very quickly, Still 3 points all the same well done Vale.

Spot on, we need another 3 against Macc to reach the 12 we absolutely should be aspiring to in this run of 4 games if we have any serious interest in the top half of the table let alone promotion picture. The time to get excited is if we get positive results against Cheltenham and Southend!

That's if admin doesn't get us! :ninja:

I'm probably looking at a different table then.

More bothered about points than places at the moment.

You're right - the only BBC table that changes is the one you can see when you're on the match page of a team that's actually playing; and at this stage, it's the points that count - if we can keep up an unbeaten run, with a good proportion of wins, then sooner or later we'll climb the table.

Gills have just gone two up at 10 man Crawley and have gone above us.

IMHO i think we are not quite there in terms of the team. However adding Shuker, Madjo, Chilvers and Williams to the squad for the run in and we dont look any worse on paper than Burton , Rotherham, Gills etc.. around us. If we hang onto their coat tails with 3 games to go and get a run together we might just sneak it. Failing that winning every game between now and end of the season should see us go up automatically:shutup:
