just seen pep interview on ssn, says about younger players need to play week in week out against 24,5,6,7 year olds in a competitive environment with something on it as they wont break into a prem league team, reporter asked how this would come about ie cups, he says needs to be week in week out...studio spun it that pep says B teams should be in the league..

 

 

so all the top teams nick all the best young talent cheaply then moan cause they need to experience football with something on it week in week out, simple don't nick them let them evolve first then pay for them
