1-0 - great result even if the perfirmance was rubbish. Three clean sheets in a row, 7 points from 9 since losing 2-6 at home to Lincoln. That’s what you can call a response!

Decent result that. I thought that we looked ok in the 2nd half other than a few occasions where Bury had 10 men in our box. Still we created some chances to extend the lead on the break and I thought that there was a decent shout for a penalty. Still, a win is a win and we scored a goal in open play.

Again we seem to be a 2nd half side. Just don't seem to turn up till the 2nd half.

 

Well done Vale - just glad Bury did not score first. They would have just gone on and score more.

 

Any win is good with this side. Just hope the players get some confidence from it and learn that they can start playing from kick off and not the 2nd half - the fans wont mind if they do that.

I think we are getting a bit of luck at long last, the wins at Oldham and here today, amazing that we have conceded ZERO in three games after the Lincoln nightmare!...lol
