Because it's a withdrawal agreement..... it's not a deal regarding trade or anything else.

Can you imagine the fury if the EU do offer Labour a new deal

One of the options is to get the WA agreed, after the no-deal has been taken off the table. A caretaker govt of Lab/SNP/Lib/Tory rebels/inds/Green could then agree a deal with the EU.  Election then called with a simultaneous side question on whether to accept the deal or revoke Article 50. Just one of a myriad of variations on the available options.

It's not A deal mate, it's the same deal they rejected 3 times..... agree a deal we rejected 3 times..... or do you think the EU will suddenly agree to change it..... think of the backlash if they do

Perhaps I was not clear enough, possible opposition amendment this week will be to vote on May`s WA  on the possibility that the mood of the house has changed. Whether the amendment is accepted is a different matter. The EU do not need to change it, it was agreed with them. Backlashes come from left, right and centre.

Johnson voted for May's deal the third time.  What's changed?

There will be an appeal, otherwise what is to stop a government for closing parliament for 3 or 4 months just like a banana dictatorship.

The judgement in Scotland is not as important as the fact that the proceedings uncovered papers which showed the current Prime Minister to be a liar ..... as if we didn't know that already.

So vote against it because a Tory put it forward..... reject it 3 times...... then vote again because it's not coming from a Tory?

Tell me again the last 3 years has been about what's good for the country and not party political crap.

If that happens why stop no deal...... it becomes redundant once the deal is agreed.

May didn't actually get a deal, she got an offer which had to be agreed with parliament to make it a deal.

The judgement is extremely important....... once the judiciary gets into government matters the roof comes down..... it's as bad as government interference in judicial matters.

As for lying?....... he's a politician..... it's part of the job requirements

May negotiated a WA(non negotiable) with PA (which is negotiable), she failed to get it agreed (Blocked by current cabinet) although many regret opposing it. My opinion of the last 3 years is just can-kicking towards a no deal by the current cabinet.

Steven Kinnock- We should go back to the cross party discussions(compromises) which we had with Teresa May but Labour rejected. My ears are bleeding. And people think the Tories have problems.Oh and he thinks there shouldn’t be a GE ,one day after his imbecile ‘leader’ was literally shouting there should be.How many days have been and will be wasted this week by the first to complain brigade.TONE,you are correct. You couldn’t make it up.

The 'Surrender Squad' are all over the place,Jezza hasn't got a plan. For the last three years he's called for a general election, now he suddenly doesn't want one. He's bottled it.
