This is very much a battle of left vs centre and right in my opinion, because a lot of what Labour is suggesting is unrealistic nonsense. There's actually nothing wrong with pure capitalism its just when government gets involved etc then its crony capitalism. I dont raise my kids to expect magical handouts and everything for free.

Labour love Karl Marx which helped to create the disease of communism and the Soviet Union, they mourned Castro who took over his country by force and controlled it with murder and terror.

 

They think Hitler was worse than Mao (who killed ALOT more people, WW2 killed about 60 million total, Mao killed about 45 million in just 4 years with the great leap forward and about 80 million total, he's the number one evil dictator of all time).

 

You can tell from the previous thread and this thread who a lefty, Its odd all these apparent intellectuals with their high opinions globally think right wing views do more damage and is pure evil than its in fact the left has done more suffering and death in modern times.

 

The media says anyone is far right, even with Le Pen for example, if anything she's center right or just plain right wing at the worst, with far right you are talking about genocide and racial purity etc. But you will see her labelled that all the time by the BBC and CNN etc.

 

No one believes that though and its only the lefty media which slander and label people this because of their liberal lefty views, the only thing which has restored actual nazi's to europe is by irony is the EU with heavy austerity and suffering which in my opinion is a crime against the greek people and is actually killing people.

 

Of the top of my head the vote was about 7k Labour? 5k Tory and UKIP each? As Tory and UKIP have similar views clearly the people of Stoke dont believe in what Labour believe's. They dont represent the majorities views. But they split the vote here in Stoke which is a shame, dont be surprised if the Tories get in here now.

 

You can type to hype yourselves up into hysteria at this mythical Labour with poll's which mean little and get the propaganda machine into overdrive but ultimately anyone with a lick of common sense will see through the leftist fantasy just like the British people did with the flawed EU.

So if you believe government shouldn't be involved, then you are an anarcho-libertarian? Presume you don't like the NHS, state schooling, police force, fire service, use the roads etc. Wouldn't want you to take a 'magical handout'. And it's not about expecting things fro free, it's about paying your share collectively so we all prosper. And helping those who are in dire straights and need support. Would someone who is unable to work due to chronic illness or disability is expecting a magical handout?

And as for the our evil genocidal dictator is better than yours argument? Seriously? They are all examples of the evil that humans can do from all sides of the spectrum, and to argue that Hitler wasn't bad when compared to mao is seriously missing the point. And you could go around in circles with numbers if you are including starvation as a means of death due to a (twisted) political ideology.

But if you dislike all the death caused by politics then perhaps voting for a pacifist may be your thing?

I arent here to change anyones vote just to express my democratic opinion and unleash some hard cold facts. If my intent was to change your opinion just from the fact of your considered voting opinions i probably wouldnt waste my time but no problem.

 

So if you believe government shouldn't be involved, then you are an anarcho-libertarian? How do you come to this conclusion about my character? What your saying is way of the mark, your also dealing in extremes and untruths, I am probably liberal right based on the current political climate, if i had to describe myself but i am open to all issues and arguments, my opinion isnt set in stone.

 

I was just commenting on the lefts global view on communism etc, i dont think they actually understand it, they see the right as the ultimate evil when in fact leftist views have done more harm and killed more people than the right has in the modern age, i am talking about the big picture, if you ask most people or school kids whos the most evil man in history most will probably say hitler. If you have a war movie its probably about the nazis. The crimes of the left havent been demonized as much in my opinion by society even though they are worse. Its just down to a lack of understanding and knowledge really.

 

The fact Labour MP's actually mourned Castro and think highly of these lefty political figures is nothing but a disgrace, by a similar logic its like hero worshipping hitler. I just cant believe corbyn actually likes and respects the IRA, these are people who killed british citizens and soldiers, bombed mainland england, tried to take land off our citizens and union by terror and death, he likes HAMAS which wants to destroy and wipe out israel (its in their original charter about 28 times) and went to war with them, he wanted dialogue with IS (as if they can be reasoned with...) and refused multiple times to say he would kill the IS leader if he had the option in a TV interview. Its just disgusting.

 

It doesnt matter what unachieveable fantasy policy he tries to bribe me with like 1 million homes in 5 years, hes just fundamentally completely electable and so are his incompetent labour cabinet.

The reason that school kids know of Hitler and not mao, is because it happened in Europe and we were at war with him. No conspiracy there. Surely that's obvious. I'm interested if you are including people starving as part of mao's atrocities though.

And most in the left do understand what happened around the world under communism, and they would say that it represents there left wing socialist views in the same way Hitler represents right wingers.

Well the tories stand a 90% chance of winning, Labour around 8%, Lib Dems around 1% and the Greens (who I would probably lean towards) around 0.1%.
