Personally, I've got no problem with Blunts fans in the home areas as long as they behave themselves. It's what used to happen all the time before the idiots took over in 70s leading to segregation which, in my opinion, causes more problems than it solves.

I cant remember ever seeing any trouble at the Vale prior to the 70s, except the odd punch up in an argument that was soon calmed down.

Wasn't there a bit of trouble at a Vale v Sheffield United home game at the end of the 70s? I think Granada sent their TV cameras there that day.

They'll have more fans than us, the title is within reach, they score goals for fun and we... well we're riding the crest of a slump with a weakened line-up and scarcely a goal in sight.

I think it's a foregone conclusion but all the players will need to be at least 8/10 to stand any chance at all.

It's very frustrating not having a full squad to pick from.
