Pepsi/Walkers say they import most of the frying oil and flavourings which are now more expensive at present, maybe Trump will depress the dollar?

Trade negotiations with the UK will fail quickly as he won't be able to get his head around crisps being chips or paying a bill with a cheque rather than paying a check with a bill, And as for pants......???

Once upon a time, I started a topic about FA Cup tie tickets.
Sorry about that, I explained the local crisp situation, but only give freebees at King Power. But still waiting ticket news, I suppose both teams need to agree, advantage Sunday for a bit of TV highlight money otherwise unlikely to be a Live game.

Yes, don't the BBC have cameras and reporters at 8 games on the Sunday, and show the goals on their afternoon FA Cup programme pretty much as soon as they've happened?

Sure I read that the teams involved get £12500 each - the Exeter game was one of them last December (...though that should have been after the watershed!)

Surely if we switch the game to Sunday there's a fair chance we'd be one of the 8 games?

Here's a depressing thought. Maybe it's actually on at the same time as Stoke as we're now considered an irrelevance to the Police and other authorities. Less than 4K again yesterday. I thought earlier in the season there may have been a lot of season ticket holders on holidays keeping the gates down but I think now we wouldn't get 5000 locals in for a game unless we were 5 points clear at the top. I reckon walk ups would have to be £15 for the rest of the season to tempt anyone to bother. It's a very strange set of circumstances and I don't think anyone has any answers. We played some magic football and started brilliantly at home but still no-one came. What a downer.

Didn't the police bloke tell the Supporters Club that we could have played the Maidenhead game on the same day as Stoke played last year? Some issue with stewards doing both grounds though.

We asked smurf yesterday what day the FA Cup game was going to be and he said Saturday?

I asked at the ticket office and they didn't know.

We now have only one home game before the Cup tie at which to publicize and heaven forbid even sell them.

We could and surely should have had them up for sale by yesterday.
