Not trying to throw this thread completely off topic but how did they do all this work? The season we went into admin we finished 12th. We then couldnt pay the players and couldnt honour any of their contracts going into the next season. Micky Adams may have been brough in the old board so they can take a little credit in giving a manager a chance to redeem himself (by offering him over inflated terms according to NS).

 

The club have a lot of people to thank for that promotion. Micky Adams, Tom Pope and the rest of the players and Norman & Paul. I dont give V2001 any credit and should not be given any recongition for nearly destroying our club.

Midfield five is immense and as strong a midfield as you'll see at this level let's be honest but can big Reg provide us with the ammunition to utilise it!

We don't have many goals in the side no matter who plays, and we need to get back to not conceding like we weren't the first 5 or so games this season. The big worry is once a side goes one nil up against us we'll be in trouble. That said, the sun is shining and I fancy is for a 1-0 win today.

Midfield looks very strong but we don't have many goals in this side, particularly with Jones out. Oxford have had some good wins including Bradford at home and Bolton away. I'd settle for 1-0 today. C'mon the Vale!
