Lazy team selection from the manager.

Why does he not play the opposition / his best team when available.

He seems completely unwilling/incapable of changing a team that won the previous match. Maybe it's some sort of superstition he has?! (if so, then he should just stick to ones like wearing the same pants!)

I'd be interested to find out how many times he has chosen to change a winning team (i.e. when there have been no injuries/suspensions).

7 from 9 is a decent return in anyones opinion*. Might be made a little more difficult with Colchester winning away at Bradford tonight. Hope they bring and extra 20 now and get beat by 3.

*REP apart:doh:

Depends on the opposition. The Oldham fans are desperately disappointed as they thought we were poor and were there for the taking. They are very surprised we were top half of the table but I guess it just highlights the huge chasm between our home and away form.

We were very poor (they were poorer in my eyes) but got a point I guess which is a bonus.

God our away form is enough to drive anyone mad!!! Why are we just so...well....limp?? We are basically safe now come what may so why isn't Page just going out to be positive?? And why are we totally incapable of going a whole 90 mins, even against crap teams, without at least one of our centre halves doing something stupid????

Thank god for our home form.

It wasn't so long ago that we were playing teams off the park away from home but couldn't buy a win at home under Adams. The main comment or criticism was that we should be winning our home games as that's where the majority of fans watch us, we're now doing that. A point away from home isn't all bad if we're winning our home games.

Werent Oldham unbeaten in 6? Now 7?

I think thats an ok point tonight.

On to Colchester, im chuffed they won tonight. Denying Bradford but also if they hadnt won they would have come to us facing a club record 20 games without a win.

And you know what would have happened!

The monkey is off their back. They need points. They will come to attack and we should pick them off.

Three points on Saturday keeps the season going.
