As heartless as it sounds though, Yukon, I would rather he was someone else's problem. Didn't Ipswich give him £250 000 to clear his gambling debts when he played there? Coupled with the fact his last goal was in February 2013...

 

Replacing Inniss is much more pressing in my opinion.

Vale need a player who is fully fit and ready to imediately improve the team. A bench sitter is a waste of space (& money).

 

I feel sure that Rob Page will assess Chopra on his fitness and ability. That is why he is on trial.

I agree. I'm not a big fan of Willo's but he'll do if it's a case of needing a striker or a centre half.

I didn't approve of that at the time, no, though I changed my view once he started scoring goals and playing well (much the same as many others on here did, if I remember!)

 

It's hard to imagine Hughes going over 2 years without a goal though.

This could be a defensive masterstroke by Page, if we put Chopra on one of the posts for corners and free kicks Swindon will only have half the goal to aim at.

 

Mind you if we could get him fit he would be a great signing for next season.

mcgivern if given a choice, duffy makes too many mistakes but it's pages call, Swindon's fans think this is a gimme and they only have to turn up for the points so it would be great if we could rub their noses in it.
