One gent from SoT stated "The last 70 years of Port Vale" to which the presenter responded that he deserved a medal for supporting the Vale for 70 years (cheeky s0d).

 

What would your Mastermind subject be?

 

Mine would be the albums of Queen upto and including Jazz (they are all cr@p after that!!!!!!)

The gent in question from Stoke-on-Trent was my better half! He always gets up at stupid o'clock in the morning and nearly always listens to that programme. He's had texts read out on there before - probably because he's the only one daft enough to be awake then and listening to it!

I'd probably do something Vale related but would only be around late 80s/1990-present for me. I reckon they'd be some questions in there about the board/ownership struggles we had in recent years plus our glory period in the 90s that I'd be able to do well on.

 

Going before that though anything in detail or specific I'd be struggling although I've read up on Vale's history and you think you know a lot you probably don't know as much as you think.

 

I've seen some people really struggle on their subject before now as some of the questions go into quite specific details, which I suppose is the whole idea to find gap(or not as the case maybe) in peoples knowledge and how they have researched it!

 

 

Other than Vale I reckon I'd do something Darts related, probably the history of the World Championships(both governing bodies) I reckon I could give that a good go with some swatting up!:D
