Really don't get this type of comment, "He wouldn't be playing for the Vale if......."

 

If he was under contract then he would, until sold. Surely that's the idea of bringing in players of his type, to bring them on in the hope that they do improve and we flog them for profit. More often than not however they don't and they leave on a free:)

Isn't it strange that whenever Williamson gets a decent run in the team he goes on a decent run of goals?

 

He's made 61 starts for us and scored 27 goals. More than decent.

 

Any striker would struggle when lobbed on with 20 minutes to go like he usually is.

A change of manager usually gets a reaction from players, one of the reasons for the change. Perhaps by the end of the season new stars will emerge, otherwise player changes will be made, all part of watching a team. Maybe Willo and Dodds will be our new stars, only a few more months will tell.

From Norman's comments about Page's view of the squad I think if Page is appointed on a new contract there will be quite a turnover on the playing side.

 

I have gone from not wanting Page to thinking we may just have a great team in Norman and Rob.

Hatred?!?!! Pretty sure I've been praising him since the Sheffield match.... I repeat yes it was a good finish that you'd hope your striker would make. If pope had Scored it I would be saying the exact same thing.

The Sheff Utd goal he scored was brilliant don't see many Premiership players scoring them let alone league 1
