Today's the day when the USA surprises all of Europe and sends the Belgians back home to moules frites and waffles.

Don't think so Tone,I think you will have trouble penetrating the Belgian defence,especially if Kompany plays.Good luck anyway,I am rooting for the USA and I am of the opinion that this match is the most open of the last eight.

I couldn't criticise a single USA player for that performance, not EVEN Geoff Cameron.... ;)

 

The passion and commitment was outstanding. The support from the people of this country was amazing.

 

If you wonder what England need to do to improve, look across the pond.

Tremendous effort by the USA, just need that creative spark to improve further and they would be a match for anyone.

 

Watched the game in a bar with a load of guys who'd never watched a soccer game in their lives.....priceless.

Maybe Graham Zusi? His brain and feet weren't connected last night for some reason, Klinsmann should have taken him off 20 minutes before he did.

 

Would like to see the stats for the ground that Cameron, Bradley and Jones covered, fantastic athletes....

 

I watch MLS quite a lot and love Zusi but he just wasn't with it last night also wondolowski who came on was poor missed a sitter with the offside that wasn't and mis controlled a brilliant cross from yedlin but apart from that they were all brilliant especially the back 4

I can't stand American (or Amercians!) but even I was rooting for them by the end. An outstanding performance full of effort, pride and passion. Really put our useless ******s to shame. The whole of the U S of A should be proud of their 'soccer' team.
