That's a perfectly reasonable response providing they are willing to issue full refunds if the customer decides the item isn't suitable after trying it at home.

True. I had to go to my car to try my shirt on, then go back in to get a name and number put on the back, just in case. A bit daft really.

I did exactly that with the blue trackie top fits perfectly now I was suprised no changing rooms though but overall I was impressed we just need different stock from time to time and I'm happy!

I thought that, definitely need a changing room. Pretty short sighted to not have included one.

Definitely designed by a man!

That is a convincing argument, people need to try on shirts before lettering, not everyone wants to flash their bra.

I see no reason why a bloke would have any issue trying a top on in the shop and as for the ladies, can't you try it on over the top of something you are wearing? It will give a good approximation..ditto shorts.

But it's a good point about not being able to take back something with a name/number printed on it when you find it doesn't fit

But then again many will buy on line so can the Vale justify changing rooms?

Not been in the shop so could be a dumb question, can we afford to lose the floor space?

I went in before the Brentford game and there was plenty of space. Then again not all the stock was in place then. It may be different when there is more stock in but I guess you would weigh up the extra sales a changing room may bring against the loss of floor space. I would think, for a better customer experience it could be worth putting a single, unisex changing kiosk in place.

One minor point from my visit - some stock didn't have price tags on. Perhaps it has now been addressed but it was a little awkward to decide whether to buy it as I was in a rush to get home after queueing quite a while at the ticket office (for a ticket for part-time Vale supporter Mrs OVF). At the time there were 4/5 people at the tills (a good thing) and I didn't want to queue just to ask the price of something.
