Nothing wrong with ex players if they are good enough. Whats the obsession with not having ex players? Taylor isnt good enough, Id argue collins was.

 

id second that fella. Look at sam togwell and jay o shea on saturday as an example of what some of our ex players could bring to our current team. Some people need to realise that wanting some ex players back isn't an obsession its just a greater knowledge of knowing what you get from there time at the club

we don't need players who can do a job in this league we need players who are better than those on the books ,those who stand out from the rest,players who don't drag the rest down to their level. players who do a job at this level will keep us here at this level.

Some player's that leave vale don't go on to better there selves ie playing in a lower league would we want them back just because they once played for Vale.

So it seems the team has hit a little 'blip', although the nature of losing the last three games defensively begs the question that we are a little short of pace, already established by the fact that we need a left back.

 

There is no one in the lower leagues as good going forward from a defensive position as Kris, he brought a bit of creativity into the game and knows how to cross the ball, also being flexible enough to change into a midfielder position. He won promotion from this league easily with Walsall- get him back!!!

 

I think he would come back with a point to prove, and cannot seem him being anything but an asset rather than a hindrance in the next six months here, we need a left back and Kris knows Boom, Lofty and has already trained here, so surely it wouldnt cosy a lot to prise him back from Telford?

Kris did a usefull job and was very good technically. Unfortunatly his defending wasnt great and the defence is slow enough without adding another slow player to it
