Delighted we got a point today.

Although we haven't won any of the last four when you look at each game its been luck rather than talent that's stopped us ...

Burton - a cross that McCoombe shouts leave it to Neal that drops in the net

Northampton - whoever won the toss won the match (wind)

Rochdale - Cruising it till Sam's lunge

Southend - didn't go but its a point won rather than 2 lost.

I think we are still playing well and just need a bit of luck and a referee going our way for a change.

Just got back hard earned point about all we deserved.Chris Neal 3 decent stops to give us that point. On a plus side thought Davis had a really solid game .Vincent picked up a booking for handling the ball into the net for Vale's canceled goal so yet another player mssing for the next game.

Can't complain about a point away from home. Southend aren't a bad side either so will take that. After a tricky run of fixtures we have two back to back home games that we should be winning so fingers crossed. Shame that Vincent will miss next game. I would say Taylor is he obvious replacement but then who would play at left back. Duffy? Otherwise I suppose Dodds could do a job on the left for one game or will young Lloyd get a chance.

Just on the train back, pretty good game for a 0-0, end-to-end for a lot of it and played in positive way by both teams really.

That said, the defence largely looked pretty shoddy - though Davis played well - they gave the ball away far too much and we were lucky to have Neal. I thought we sat too deep for a lot of the second half and were a bit wasteful on the break. Still, not a bad point to settle for.

It's be nice to see Lloyd get a game against York, and I really hope Loft, Duffy and McCombe all can/do come back in - for Clayton, Taylor and Yates.

MA's sounded relieved and happy. Again he used the phrase - the wingers caused carnage again. He also said that goodness Dickinson was not playing again cos he caused carnage the last time we played them.

Must be a game he is playing with the backroom staff. See how many times he can say it in a chat.

Well done lads and it is a point we needed.
