Were still sitting second place despite going through a sticky spell with mounting injuries and suspensions so that's a massive plus.

If you'd have offered me this at the start of the season I would probably have been dreaming to think what we've achieved with a small squad.

We're looking likely were coming out of admin in the next week or so and hopefully can strengthen key areas and I'm confident we can stay in the top 3 for a long time!!

Cheltenham have gone level with us but we have a 4 point gap over 4th place.

Today was a great point as long as we go on to get 6 points from the next two home games ( or 4 is a must for me )....

We will miss Vincent for sure not just for his attacking play but he tracks back as good as I've seen a winger and helps out massively.

I don't think rob Taylor will do this at all, he's blowing out of his a**** after twenty minutes and just isn't fit enough.

Young Ryan Lloyd looks good from the substitutes appearances he's made but I'd keep him on the bench and I'd start with dodds on the left. Not as a natural wide man as such, but to play more inside and see how we go from there.

Big game though and we have to bounce back and start to win again.

Drop Clayton? He's been our best defender all season, he'd be the first name on my teamsheet at the moment.

First name on my team sheet would be Neil, second Pope, third Big Mac. He's had a fantastic start to the season. Can't understand why people knock him. He's not a "cultured" centre half, but he does a job at this level - big style.

Well, I thought he was poor today, particularly in his distribution, but to be honest I think we can only play Clayton or John, together their lack of pace becomes a real problem and between the two I'd say John is the better defender.

We've not done so bad this season with the two Mac's at the back. You're talking **** to be honest.

Nice way to respond to a difference of opinion. In my opinion the principal reason we're doing so well is the front four, in my view the defence hasn't been especially good, it hasn't been bad but there's room for improvement. Pretty damn controversial I know.

Micky alluded to not being over pleased with the defending today.

As for the way forward, Boom will be a massive plus next week but no Vincent is a blow. The key is for us to hang on to the top sides until Adams is in the position to recruit. For much of the season we have been at a disadvantage to the rest of the division in that respect so that, and getting a few bodies back will hopefully allow us to kick on.
