100% because he’s not gone anywhere yet but interesting that they have had to come out and make a statement though

Talking to a bloke last week who's currently doing some work at Foyle's house, and he said "Foyle is coming back the Vale according to his wife, Jacqueline".

For reference, I have no idea if he's married, or his wife is even called Jacqueline 😂.

Hi I've never posted on here before but im a life long vale sufferer 😅.
Considering there are not many vale related transfer rumours at the moment I was wondering what everyone thought are on the goalkeeping department as we don't have currently have one.
The way i see it the club have 2 options on the 1st choice goalkeeper. Either a loan from a club in a higher division or go down the permanent route with a more mature goalkeeper.
3 realistic loan options for me would be
George Evans from millwall, had a good short loan at Hartlepool in national league last season.
Vincente Reyes from Norwich, has had a couple of tough loans in league 1 so maybe a step down would do him good.
Ted Curd from Chelsea, was at Borehamwood last season and did well similar to teddy sharman Lowe who did well for Doncaster a couple of seasons ago.
And 3 permanent options could be
Matt macey, obviously a goalkeeper i think majority of the fan base would be happy with but would he move up north.
Ben hinchliffe, very popular at Stockport and has been promoted from league 2 before only issue would be age at 37 and if his body is slowing down.
Toby savin, no doubt he's a decent keeper but had a really tough couple of years with Shrewsbury and didn't play a game for Wigan so would be more of a risk.
Is there any other realistic names we could add and is there anyone in the list that catches anyone's eye.

Harrison Male could be a viable option - very surprised he's left York

Welcome!

It won’t be long to you are blocking me on here like everyone else .

I would love to see us trying to sign Brad Collins to be our number 1

Hi all

Harrison male is a very good shout I've seen he's been linked with us and alot of clubs, if we could get him definitely would be impressive

I think brad collins would be a brilliant keeper for us but I reckon he gets league 1

And max thompson is a good shout as he worked with brady before at Northampton and did well only issue would be a tough couple of loans with Chesterfield and Ayr United but at only 21 -22 could definitely improve

I'd be looking at trying to get Oliver Whatmuff on loan from Man City.

The Vale Front Desk?? He should close the front door with the constantl drivel he puts out

The GK Bolton signed from Fleetwood in Jan was my choice, before he went and joined Bolton the git. But them going up a level might make him available but he would cost a fee.

Oliver whatmuff is a very good goalkeeper and is highly thought of at Rochdale and man city . If we got him id be delighted but realistically u think he's another one who gets league 1

David Harrington from Bolton again is a good keeper and played well against us for Fleetwood last season but don't see Bolton selling 6 months into him signing.

And as for any in the know accounts I always take them with a pinch of salt but the vale front desk chats out of his back side so wouldn't believe anything he says

Another goalkeeper I've just remembered is lee burge at Northampton he's out of contract but been offered a new one.

He was brady long term number 1 at Northampton and brady did sign him for them. At 33 could he be similar to a scott brown for us. Only concern I have is Northampton fans really don't seem to like him.
