Looks like we are in for a piss poor attendance judging off how empty the ground is currently.

3366 Considering the weather and road conditions if any distance away from SOT not bad.

Was Jesse injured ? If not he didn't make the squad I wonder if he's for the off..........

Be good if Phil Bowers asks Brady. Given the refreshing honesty about the Curtis situation.

Right.
Here’s my point……

Where has Shipley had stick at Vale Park or even at away games?

He hasn’t.

Mo Faal has. Dare I say he has been treated disgracefully by some in the stadium.

When has Shipley been booed in the ground?
He hasn’t.
So he shouldn’t be a dick to the people paying his wages.

Agree?

No.

That's my hopes dashed then.

Points I take from tonight,  the match was not fluent or a classic , but I didnt think it would be . We Scored !   Ok only one but how many matches before Christmas would we have given our right arms for 1 goal.   A clean sheet (thankfully) . Through to the next round after pocketing 120K for winning. The New Gaffer made a winning start which the previous 4 managers didnt.  We could get a decent draw and make more money to rebuild, whatever division we are in. The Gaffer had a good look at 3 loan players during a real match so can now discuss with the backroom staff about who goes and who stay. He's seen two home games now , one as manager one as spectator and he has seen some good and some bad sides of the team so should have a decent idea who to go for in this window, and see who he may want to move on .    No realistic Vale fan was expecting us to float around Fleetwood like hummingbirds and sting them with 4 or 5 goals. That was knocked out of the team by MooreBore.  The team did the minimum that the fans wanted - A win at home . Yes we could have lost but we didn't , and if MooreBore was still here we would have lost that match .  I am going  to bed tonight happy and relieved - I've not been able to say that many times this season.

Refreshing first half. Dreadful second half, it was as though DM was back. Hall and Stockley off on comes Faal and Croasdale. Headley did well for me he is a good steady left back. I don’t think JB will turn it around unless, we do some serious business in the transfer window. I don’t know how it came over on the television but there was no atmosphere. RP chanting to the Hamil End,

You’re supposed to be at home and your support is f***ing, s**t.

No such thing as bad or cold weather, just bad clothing.

I swapped ends of paddock

First half we sang everything lads to thst end brilliant went too other end for second half good grief it was like sitting with the most quietest folk ever .

Get behind the players

All i could hear was Mo faal ,coming on hes naff ,he is really was he i dont think he was he was excellent shame that shot on 93 mins didnt go in

UTV

Well played Mo lad fitting he headed clear then got ball away for final whistle

I listen to the Ale and Vale pod who constantly call players dogshit and get very wound up.

I will take your hundred quid because I would.

Never once have I ever abused him. If he has suffered abuse online then it’s wrong.

You, like many others, miss my point…….

It’s a new start. A new era. And the club needs the fans to connect with these bunch of wasters as players after an abysmal first half of the season.

That little mug, after his goal, thought it be in his best interests to tell the fans he isn’t listening when obviously he has, instead of properly celebrating and building bridges.

The abuse Tolaj got when he left was off the charts from some. For progressing his career.
Shipley has done absolutely nothing since he has been here and all of a sudden thinks he’s prime Ronaldo after a goal to the fans.

Any working class Vale fan wouldn’t accept that and if you are jumping up and down in the Hamil after his goal after he did that, then have a look at yourself.

My whole point, which you and others miss, is that I’m more than happy for senior pros who have been there and done it with us to do what he did.
He has been here 5 minutes, done aboslutely nothing, looked piss poor when he got played, came with a lot of fanfare, and when he puts the ball in the net he decides to do a childish celebration to working class fans who basically haven’t been wrong in that he’s been absolutel dog <ovf censored> for the minimal amount of times he has played.

Happy weekend.
Onto the fourth round.

You've just called him a no mark and little mug online. How do you know he doesn't come on here or have family who checks this site out ? That's still abuse

My uncle was their tonight and has been going to the vale since the 70s and he was chuffed when he scored and had a smile on his face after. Shall I tell him he should have a look at himself cos he wasn't angry about shipley ? Him and many others there tonight were delighted with the win and went home happy and didn't even care about the celebration. There all working class and go week in and week out. They have every right to react and feel however  they want

I'm far from being shipley biggest fan and was overwhelmed when he first signed. And this is without a doubt one of the worst seasons I've seen vale play by far. Most of these players would struggle in a league 2 side if we're being honest. But calling your own team players stuff like no mark whether it be online, in person or a podcast is just poor taste

Second video @George and if that's the way that Ronan is going to react then Plymouth are truly welcome to him. We certainly don't need disruptive players in our squad and if they don't want to be here then adios 👋

Fair enough. Best for both sides if he doesn't want to be here. I wonder if it's because of Moore or maybe he feels more at home down south?

I like Ronan and he's had some big moments for us and scored some good goals but he's definitely replaceable

Wish him well at Plymouth other than playing against vale

curtis gone ?! 💪💪💪feck off ! dunna want to play for us !!!! byeeeeeeee
