Carol has done some fantastic things at the club. Her downfall is appointing managers without any due process or careful selection process. She then becomes a massive friend of her managers and their families making it difficult for her to personally sack them. Whenever he goes and lets hope it's soon, there should be careful consideration on who comes in next and she should step back from any relationship with him.
