Well a win lifts us off the bottom after Blackpool lost at home to Reading. Suppose the bad news is Reading were also one of the teams struggling.

Im guessing, or maybe hoping, hall rwb and john lwb with curtis on the right of midfield which is marginally better than curtis at lwb but I dont think any other manager in the football league would try to turn curtis or hall into wing backs.

 

It does at least look like a more attacking line up so we might get a rare goal and as its nearly christmas we could even get two. The problem is we might let 3 or 4 in at the back.

 

Id have played croasdale instead of garrity

To be honest I think Paton is not a league 1 footballer but others seem to. Now is the time to get as many senior players on as possible. To be honest Stockley would always be one of the first names on my team sheet and it baffles me he hasn’t played more. I know he had injuries but he’s been good to go for weeks. I think we’ll see an ‘oh yeah if you play Tolaj central that’s what happens’ scenario with Jayden, but the realisation will be more simple even than that - play him and we are a threat.

Poor line up again and still he sticks with the 3 at the back,Lincoln will be in behind Curtis no problem. 3 nil Lincoln and Moore misery.

I think we’ll be fine to be honest. 

It looks like Lincoln could be going 4-4-2 so lets see how that goes for them if they do considering how many of us would like to see that sort of system

As much as what I fear him doing with Curtis at LWB most likely frankly Headley should be dropped for that disgraceful attempt at blocking the cross for Plymouths goal last week.

Curtis at LWB again, if nothing else, shows that DM is absolutely welded to this system, regardless of the available personnel.

Garrity as a holding midfielder.

People saying they’re happy Ojo is playing which is fine but those players need players they can play with around them. I love Garrity but he just isn’t a cultured footballer. We need two 6’s so two of Walters, Ojo or Byers. What good does having only one decent footballer do? Who do they link with?

Stockley is hopefully a plus but I’m unsure about him at this level. Gives Cole someone to play off at least.
