We need to rebuild with a group of players who have pride in the shirt and give 100% every game.

We have a slight chance of avoiding relegation (until mathematically impossible to stay up) but more than likely we will go down. Our relegation will be down to many factors and some of those will be the 11 players who on paper are good enough but as Cloughie once said we play on grass.

If players aren't going to be in the plans for next season lets see if they can find another club now and let them go. Just keep the ones that the manager might want to keep.

Lets see what some of the young lads in the squad have got over 21 games, if we're going down anyway we might as well see what they've got.

On the scouting, we definitely need to improve. But my idea right now would be to find 10 or so of the best West Midlands and North West based non-league players, offer them a contract for the 21 games left this season, my thoughts are that wouldn't cost a lot especially if we can offload 5/6 - give them an opportunity to prove their worth for the long term and that they can make it in professional football with a carrot of a longer contract - that sort of team should at least be fighting to win on the pitch, and we might unearth 2/3 gems.

Really like Devante, but we should cash in whilst we can and reinvest the money in 2/3/4 younger players to help us rebuild.

Cole isn’t the kind of player you need to drag you out of a relegation battle, he’s a luxury player who will score you lots of goals when you have a good team around him and are playing good football.

Goal scoring strikers will always command a high fee in January, if we can get a bidding war going between 3 or 4 promotion chasing clubs, then we have to take it considering we signed him on a free

Given we waited 5 weeks too long to sack Moore, we're not staying up.

So <ovf censored> it, might as well. Get him gone.

If anything, get rid of all of them and play the kids until May. They'll put more effort in.

Ultimately with Cole I’d look at it if Luton are offering more money than we’d get with any relegation release clause then I’d be inclined to allow him to speak to them. We are going to be a L2 club next season so I certainly don’t hold on to him on any premise we might have a hope of staying up. Frankly if we can start insisting any club wants any player like this they have to take the likes of Shipley or Debrah in addition too even better.
