Ojo to be fair seemed to have some passion when he came on. Ben Waine looks totally out of touch at the moment. 

 

Deserved a point out of that. Lack of goals obviously massively concerning. I'd like to see Curtis playing as an attacking midfielder behind two strikers which will give us more threat, or Richards playing there.

This will be the story of our season I’m afraid. We’ll eke out the odd result here and there a la Birmingham, but ultimately we don’t have enough goals in the team or have the defensive resilience to stay up. We moan about the lack of a striker, but we haven’t troubled off set-pieces or people making bursting runs etc.  Really does have all the hall marks of our last season in L1.

Instead of falling out with fellow fans let's try to be a bit balanced. 

There are grave concerns. Not reactionary,  a fact.

We've played three poor sides away, scored once and gained a solitary point.

We keep missing sitters.

6 games, 2 points, next to bottom .

Anticipated strugglers, Northampton, Doncaster, Wimbledon, Mansfield all with decent points on the board.

Yes it's early. Yes we are way better than 2 seasons ago.

But I am very very concerned about the current Port Vale nil expectation.

Waine is the worst signing for few years, when looking at what it was that we needed to sign.

I don't think it's gonna be long before ojo wants to abandon ship at this rate

 

Another nearly game - long spells of trying - but no end result and a lack of concentration and we are 1 down.

Just can't see where the goals are going to come from at the moment.

DM will say we will learn from this and move on to the next game.  

 

The pizza game DM and Co will make big changes and as Sproy said its a nothing game.  Time for the fringe players to push for a starting go.  Get Brown starting may be.

But we have just had a 1 million pound boost to the budget which we have been told will all be put back into the playing squad. When are we going to do that? In January when we will be deep in relegation trouble at this rate, or on the summer when we're already relegated?

Port Vale 0 is starting to be a habit in the league.

What do we do in training, we do so many things we get to the final third and there is no imagination we sit too deep and our only tactic is to get the ball out wide and cross it in.

We have nothing in the middle between mid and strikers no flair nothing we are an attacking mid and 2 strikers short of either relegation or staying up balls in your court Carol flirt with our relegation status or back up your Championship ready crap up.

We have 5 striker 3 unproven in league football 1 injured and 1 in Paton that I have no idea what is going on with our recruitment has being poor.

It isn't about getting used to the league as the other promoted teams are doing alright im guessing our manager just ain't good enough tactically.
