It’s very frustrating.

2 of the weakest shots ever

Sorry but we are down if we keep these fantastic’ players. Simply not good enough and this game absolutely proves it. If we play arsenal and play like this it will be a rugby score line.

We needed 3 new starters , outfield.

We've got 1, and lost our best striker.

It's going be a long season.

Rotherham and Reading are poor sides, so are Burton.

I'll keep the faith but am deeply concerned.

Why is Waine on the bench ahead of Richards. Losing to a <ovf censored> team here

It'll be a rugby score whatever team we put out, unless they play there kids

Same mistake as the last time we were in league one

The only positive here is Brown looks relatively competent.

Not 'main man' type but can definitely contribute.

At the moment you just don't know where the goals are going to come from.

We know the side is developing, but need a forward with a bit more experience and eye for the goal.

As some fans say - going to be a long season.

When a large portion of fans were waiting for signings and then they state that they are done and only potentially looking for loans says a lot.

When have vale stated they are done?

Good move rubbish cross by Headley. Just not good enough in either box

It's very early days yet though.

And that's what young loanees should be- additions on the edge of the squad who can make contributions, like we used the loan system last season.
