Wycombe had a tough game in Stockport tbf.

League is pointless to look at right now anyway, everyones had just the 1 game each home and away and quite a few squads will still be topping up with the odd player over the next week or two.

Agree league is useless until end of Sept  anyway just very surprised to see those 4 teams with 2 lose from opening 2 games.

Normal service will be resumed and he'll be crying for the right reasons.

Scoring twice deep into injury time to temporarily go top...an open top bus parade in Penkhull on Monday...signing a player they let go 10 years ago and losing their GK soon. It'll be homing in on 13th place which will be their highest league placing since they got relegated

Be careful , they'll think that'll qualify them for a Champions league spot.

I remember when they crowed about playing in Europe the last time.

Courtesy of losing in an FA cup final

Heard Squeeky Bryn becoming all emotional again, about watching Sjoke march up the table again. I had to switch off immediately after.

It will end in tears, it usually does . Think he is an half decent manager but don't worry John Coates and Walters will cock it up.

I keep an eye on what’s going on down the road and hopefully they will fail per usual but what I have seen throughout the summer including pre season, I don’t think they will hanging around around the relegation area this season.

i had both Stoke & Crewe to win in my £120 winning bet yesterday

After 10 games , we’ll have a good picture of the table . If Vale can continue to play like they have been , we’ll be off to a good start , and hopefully it will see us mid table . Signing a big  center back would help too. Long old season ahead , full of twists and turns , injuries , postponements, joy , anger and despair , sack the manager etc. I wouldn’t have it any other way . Great to be back in League One. UTV

I think that summary is spot-on.  UTV!

Wish I had the guts to do that. I nearly always go for us to win and both of them to lose 😄

In Mark Robbins they,ve got a good manager. I live near Coventry and he did a great job with Cov City and only got sacked having gotten them into the play-offs.  How mad was that?! Much as it hurts me to say it, I think Stoke & Robbins will be ahead of Coventry & Lampard come season's end.

Who cares?😏

I’ve seen that Wednesday fans are organising a tennis ball protest and a pitch invasion against Stoke next week.

Clearly Reading’s slap on the wrists when their fans got their match abandoned against us hasn’t discouraged them.

Probably award the win to Stoke and fine Wednesday.  It was ridiculous that Reading got away so lightly when Vale fans were inconvenienced not to mention the game itself and how it was going and eventually went.

Bryn said Stoke are building momentum. They've played one game.

Chris said it was like last season when they battered the opposition and went 1-0 down. They won 8 out of 23 home games last season.

To put it into perspective, they have won the first home game of the season, against a team they played in the last match of last season, when both of them could have been relegated.

They won with goals in the 97th and 99th minute.

I think the Lardies are overreacting,as well as overeating
