Tickets seem to be available again now.

Thanks mate - managed get 2 !!   UTV !!

Sorry to be pessimistic but I'm really trying to keep a lid on my expectations.

I am worried that Darren is going to revert to his tinkering. Im shitting myself he is going to rest players and put in 2nd choice options and also revert to defending and playing on the break. For me it has to be best team surely with 4 matches to go and the adrenalin flowing the best 11 players can play 4 games to finish the season. The players will know what this means to us fans as well as them and the club.

Come on Darren let us celebrate seeing the great team weve seen over the last 5 matches. I'm excited but can't keep thinking 'but this is the Vale'.

Argh !!!!!!!!!

Really looking forward to this one. Carlisle will be full of confidence after back-to-back wins, but I actually think that’ll play into our hands. We’ve struggled to break teams down at times this season, but we’ve always looked better against sides who come at us.

Donny and Bradford have both got tough games before we play on Friday—if they drop points, three points on Friday could all but seal automatic promotion for us, even if it’s not done mathematically.

An early goal to quiet the 10,000+ crowd would be perfect. From there, I reckon we’ll control the game.

Going 3-1 Vale.

For some reason that score line made me immediately think of Brighton away.

Only my opinion but there is not a cat in hells chance DM will be resting players with 4 to go(only injury will affect this),he is going all out to top this league and the last several games(even Barrow when you think about it) have shown that

Not a Cat in hell's chance he won't play what he considers our strongest 11. Moore will know Carlisle away, scrapping for their lives, will be every bit as tough as playing a Walsall or a Bradford at home. Man for man we're miles better but football isn't that simple. We will need to match their intensity and hope our extra quality pays off in the end.

I don't understand why so many people are looking at this game as a potential banana skin for us ?  They are where they are for a reson and we are where we are for a resason.  If we turn up and play like we did for the last 4 games I can only see a Vale win.

Because we are Vale and used to being burnt!

In fairness if Bradford or Doncaster for example had Carlisle away Friday we'd be writing it off as three points to our rivals but we've become accustomed to Vale blowing it in the past and will add nerves.

I'm with you. I can only think one or two just like being a little bit dramatic. All the trends are pointing in the right direction for us. We've had 6 wins out of 7 including three in a row against promotion rivals when few would have tipped us to get that haul prior to it and last time out you'd see some coming out with "we never win in front of a big crowd" which we aced that one too. Defensively we've had an excellent record in that time and also scoring plenty of goals too. I don't get what there is to be nervous about. Everything is in our own hands including the title with a handful of games remaining, just embrace it.

If someone other than Vale had won 4 on the bounce, 3 of those against 1st and 2nd at the time of playing, now sitting top of the league due to play 2nd bottom with only 4 games to go with a 3 point cushion we would all be saying that club will win the game and have the league in the bag……

Alert! More tickets seem to be available in Block 3 now if you log on quickly...

I think we all need to understand that we are likely to drop a few points in our last four games but lets keep our heads . A point away at carlisle wouldnt be a disaster

You’re talking out your hoop. There’s a difference between self censure and showing concern for fellow humans. There may be people on here with a gambling problem or recovering from one and I don’t want to be pushing my fiver each way into their day.

Have a nice day.

So what else might you not 'mention" out of concern for your fellow humans, drugs, alcohol, war, self identity, car accidents? It's a slippery slope and you're hurling yourself down it.

Think your hoop is a lot larger than mine.

Think he would be mad to rest players at this stage. Especially against a side who are scrapping for every point.

Not sure why tickets are available again, returned, or more have been released? Available in blocks 2 and 3.
