I don't if any of you saw it earlier but @Oshhas heard that we have terminated Ruari's contract and that he is going back to Scotland. He doesn't know how true it is though but he hopes it's wrong and I hope it isn't true as he hasn't been given the chance to show what he can do and given how he's only just returned from injury as well I was hoping that DM would give him the chance to see how he adapts to L1 football.

It's a bit of a short-term concern. He's bang out of match practice and we may have to be patient. Those expecting goals immediately may be disappointed. I can't see how he's fit. He hasn't played since the 2nd January and hasn't played more than 30 minutes in the league since the season before last.

It may not matter given the type of striker he is. He'll deliver eventually.

Cole needs 8 for 100 career goals. Easy.

I know we've all probably blocked the game out of our mind, but Cole got a hat trick against us for Barnsley in *that* game.

People are reacting as though we’ll get promoted. If he can get fit and perform, that’s great. But as you say, not a given. Long contract on a big wage so he has something to prove still. 
 

Hopefully it’s a case of form is temporary, class is permanent.
