Cole is a great signing for us, we've turned a huge corner in terms of who we are now able to attract to the club with Moore in charge. All part of the strategy when Carol bought him in I'm sure.

I dare say Hall will actually prove the better signing long term if he can stay fit. He is a very very good signing for us. Time will tell.

To see a striker come through the door that’s got a pedigree of scoring goals in League One is fantastic and very well played to Big D, Carol and Matt Hancock.

I'll bite. Devante Cole fits the bill and I am very happy with the signing,.

There's no guarantee he will bang in the goals (I hope he does) but Vale have identified the problem, and made a fantastic signing to rectify the issue, fans couldn't ask for much more, the club couldn't have done much more within reason.

People are reacting as though we’ll get promoted. If he can get fit and perform, that’s great. But as you say, not a given. Long contract on a big wage so he has something to prove still. 
 
Hopefully it’s a case of form is temporary, class is permanent.

Disappointed tbh. Heard that we had to go for Cole after Loft turned us down and joined Crawley instead. Moore out.

Sinny was correct when she said that a midfielder would be going out so I presume she is also correct about a defender (Sam Hart) leaving the club as well.
