If this happens and Ollie Pearce bangs in enough goals to keep Vale in Lge 1  then DM will be seen as a genius. The lad certainly knows where the net is in non-league football.

On the other hand if it the goals don't happen then at least we tried.

I remember thinking Hall was Walsall's best player when I watched a few of their games during the promotion race last season.

If it means Walters is going, that will be gutting, but I do think Hall adds a better balance to our midfield. I'd rather keep Rhys, but currently our midfielders all seem a bit similar in style, Hall will hopefully add a different dynamic as he seems more the box to box type.

Hall is quick and can dribble. So very different to Byers, Croasdale, Garrity and Ojo. He's closer to Walters in style but is much more experienced and has played at a higher level.

If he stays fit it really is a mustard signing.

So Hall was on the bench against us last week and many blues fans couldn't understand why he didn't play?

Maybe this was the reason?

A future midfield three of Hall/ Walters/Rico would be technically brilliant.

Wonder if another will be announced at 6pm?

Then the biggie at 7pm.......The One Show! 🤣

Major problem has been all our chances have come from wide, from wingbacks who can’t cross.

The midfield can’t pass forward and, bar Walters, struggle to carry it. Ball gets funnelled to Clark who overhits cross.

It feels like it’s going well but was the ball ever in a dangerous area?

The crossing on Saturday was awful.

The term attacking midfielder covers a multitude of types of player.

1. Out and out winger.

2. A number 10.

3. A midfielder who can't be bothered to tackle.

4. Someone who pretty much plays as a forward but can't shoot straight.

Any idea which category he falls in?

This lad’s agent achieves another grift. Cambridge fans ecstatic.

Best agent in football. Incredible job.

It highlights the shortage of a proper old school centre forward who can be aggressive, hold the ball up and bringing others into play then get on the end of things in the box rather than utility forwards.

CF’s have become a rare species in modern day sanitised football to the detriment of the game.

Ffs!!! We need a striker and we buy a midfielder who was rubbish at Walsall last season in L2!!! I’m completely lost for words!!!

Clearly not since you’ve posted the same thing about 5 times!!

No she’s pretty excellent all round, one of the better owners, and keeps us going with £5m a year of her own money. Well said Steaua!

I think there may have been an element of sarcasm from SteauaValiant. in there?

Someone that can get efforts on target would be a start - for all of the stats about our large number of shots/headers this season, how many have actually troubled the keeper?

Other than Birmingham's keeper making a couple of good saves last Tuesday, opposition keepers have hardly had to put in MOTM performances against us.
